The GSE Analyst II is an hourly (non-exempt) position primarily responsible for the servicing and investor reporting of Government-Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) loans. The position maintains proficiency in Power Platform, SharePoint, and data management tools, along with the ability to document processes, collaborate across teams, and support report development and analysis. This position is responsible for implementing and reviewing process improvements for the Operations Departments to optimize efficiencies and productivity by completing projects using the discovery of new ideas or ways of working that will improve the company’s output. In addition, the position will manage risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are satisfied. This position also trains and mentors members of the department.

This non-exempt (hourly) role services the branch and provides professional customer service across both Teller and Banker functions. Additionally, they serve as a needs-based sales professional who thoroughly understands First American Bank’s retail banking product and service offering.
The Commercial Analyst Trainee position is an entry level (non-exempt) role within the Commercial Department that provides a comprehensive introduction and training of First American Bank’s commercial environment. This six-month training program focuses on credit underwriting and the Commercial Department’s relationship to other areas of the bank. During the program, trainees are assessed on skills and abilities such as communication, drive for results, and professionalism by completing trainings, team rotations, and assigned tasks and presentations. Upon successful completion of the program, the employee will be placed on a team within the Commercial Department.

The Senior Commercial Relationship Manager is a relationship and sales position responsible for managing, retaining, and expanding a portfolio of commercial clients, including complex relationships vital to the bank. This individual will generate new client relationships for the Bank and assume responsibility for all aspects of credit management, including measuring risk through regular financial analysis and assessing financial condition. This manager will be given defined authority for loan approval and denial of any loan. In addition, this position actively participates in managing and training of our Commercial underwriting and lending teams.
The Senior Commercial Credit Analyst is responsible for providing all aspects of credit analysis for current and prospective relationships within the Commercial Department. In addition, these analysts work closely with Portfolio and Relationship Managers to service clients, help lead/mentor Commercial Analyst Trainees and Commercial Credit Analysts and contribute to sales opportunities.
The Business Banker is responsible for managing, retaining and expanding a portfolio of Business Banking clients as defined from time to time. The position’s primary emphasis is on growing client relationships and sales of First American Bank’s Business Banking and Treasury Management products. In addition, the Business Banker partners with other lines of business to support the goals of First American Bank.
The Mortgage Broker Sales Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining current mortgage broker business relationships and seeking new accounts through sales, marketing, and referrals within the Florida Gulf Coast Market. The Mortgage Broker Sales Manager is an officer-level position.
The Retirement Plan Consultant is responsible for maintaining an assigned book of business and cultivating new business through a high level of customer relations. This individual will work alongside each of the internal departments and other plan professionals (CPA, attorney, investment advisor) to ensure client satisfaction and retention of business. Acting as the primary point person for client related activity, the Consultant will communicate with clients on the coordination of plan administration, including plan design, legal and regulatory compliance, and participant education.

This Reconciliation Manager oversees the overall management of the Reconciliation Department by providing leadership, support, and strategic direction. This individual is responsible for the planning, goal setting, and executing business objectives. In addition, directly managing the Reconciliation Assistant Manager and indirectly managing the Reconciliation Specialists.
