The Personal Banker position is a mid-level role within the Retail Banking Department. This non-exempt (hourly) role services the branch and provides professional customer service across both Teller and Banker functions. Additionally, they serve as a needs-based sales professional who thoroughly understands First American Bank’s retail banking product and service offering.
This hourly (non-exempt) position is exposed to all areas of ATM/EFT/Debit card backroom support operations in the ATM/Teller Control department. This includes processing debit card disputes, chargeback processing, teller cash balancing, CTR reporting and reconciliation. There is no direct contact with bank customers however the position requires extensive contact with internal customers, third party outside entities, and regulatory agencies. Excellent opportunity to learn through cross-training.
The Retail Loan Officer (RLO) proactively and consistently solicits home equity, home equity lines of credit, and residential mortgage sales through the development of new customer relationships or the enhancement of existing relationships within an assigned First American Bank territory, and from branch mortgage referrals. The RLO will collect and analyze prospective borrower’s financial information and credit data to provide guidance on simple and complex loan structures as solutions to their financing objectives.

The Level III M365 Support Engineer is responsible for the collaboration support of M365, which includes conditional Access, Azure AD, Exchange Hybrid configuration, and the M365 application suite. This individual is responsible for supporting, securing, maintaining, and managing the M365 Collaboration tools, infrastructure, applications, and related technologies. Lastly, this role is responsible for administrating the M365 platform with a primary emphasis on security.
This hourly (non-exempt) Treasury Management (TM) Support Representative is responsible for assisting commercial clients with online banking services such as ACH, Wires, Remote Deposit, Lockbox, Positive Pay; troubleshooting any technical issues as well as assisting with general navigation. The TM Support Representative is also responsible for inputting the data for Treasury Management services for commercial clients within our core systems.
This position will assist with Treasury Management client inquiries and problem resolution, as well as answer inquires over the phone and through email.

First American Bank’s Rotational Development Program is a 12-18 month program designed as an accelerated entry into a career in the banking industry. Rotational Trainees will move through targeted training across a range of business areas within the bank. Rotations may include IT, Retail Lending, Wealth Management, Trust Operations, Treasury Management, and Central Operations. The program will help identify which career path aligns best with the skills, interest, and abilities of the rotational trainee. This is an hourly (non-exempt) position.
The Human Resources Onboarding Specialist will collaborate closely with various business units across our organization to develop and implement comprehensive onboarding plans for new employees, both onsite and remote. This position will partner with different teams to ensure a smooth and effective transition for new hires, while also focusing on the measurement of formal training program effectiveness and addressing performance concerns in collaboration with Employee Relations.

This position will manage, service, and grow relationships within an existing portfolio of wealth management clients. Additionally, this position will partner with Advisors within the Wealth Management Group with complex transactions, servicing, and support responsibilities related to business development activities and the management of client accounts.
This position is responsible for handling second level support calls as well as maintaining Active Directory users and installing software and updates in a Citrix virtual server environment. In addition, this position performs troubleshooting, diagnostics, research, maintains support documentation, licensing and true-ups and requires excellent communication skills.
This position will support the customer service delivery channel via the phone queues. Support includes training of First American Bank employees by leading call hubs, performing call evaluations, one on one coaching, and providing constructive feedback to queue members.
