This position is responsible for the relationship and credit management position working with the bank’s existing business customers within the commercial loan department. This position has primary responsibility for overall daily management of a specific group of the division’s existing business customers, including the obligation for regularly assessing and monitoring the credit strength of those companies, retaining the business and cross-selling additional services to grow revenue. In addition, this position actively participates in the oversight and training of all Junior Associates and Senior Associates.

The Retirement Plan Consultant is responsible for maintaining an assigned book of business and cultivating new business through a high level of customer relations. This individual will work alongside each of the internal departments and other plan professionals (CPS, attorney, investment advisor) to ensure client satisfaction and retention of business. Acting as the primary point person for client related activity, the Consultant will communicate with clients on the coordination of plan administration, including plan design, legal and regulatory compliance, and participant education.

The Personal Banker position is a mid-level role within the Retail Banking Department. This hourly (non-exempt) position supports the daily operations of the Product Development department.
The Product Development Support Team Lead oversees the Service Delivery Associates and manages their daily activities. This individual generates detailed reports on team performance, identifies patterns in customer issues, and deploys solutions to enhance operational efficiency. In addition, develops and implement procedures and policies, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with supported departments to improve processes and ensure compliance with company standards.
The Health Account Services Account Executive is responsible for the execution of an aggressive business development plan and the solicitation of existing and non-bank HSA customers, as well as referral sources (TPAs, Brokers, etc.) for implementation of an HSA program.
The Senior Personal Banker position is senior-level role within the Retail Banking department. The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and analyzing results on an overarching digital marketing plan to increase and enhance our digital footprint. This includes all aspects of digital marketing: paid and organic with the main emphasis on paid media, and social media initiatives supporting First American Bank’s marketing programs. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking are essential, as is being strategic-minded with a desire to take a hands-on approach to content creation.

First American Bank’s Rotational Development Program is a 12-18 month program designed as an accelerated entry into a career in the banking industry. Rotational Trainees will move through targeted training across a range of business areas within the bank. Rotations may include IT, Retail Lending, Wealth Management, Treasury Management, and Central Operations. The program will help identify which career path aligns best with the skills, interest, and abilities of the rotational trainee. This is an hourly (non-exempt) position.
The Senior Information Security Operations Analyst oversees Security Operations to ensure sensitive data is kept confidential and the Bank has the proper system and processes to protect and prevent threats from being carried out. This individual is expected to have outstanding problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a sound understanding of cybersecurity and the financial sector requirements.
This Reconciliation Manager oversees the overall management of the Reconciliation Department by providing leadership, support, and strategic direction. This individual is responsible for the planning, goal setting, and executing business objectives. In addition, directly managing the Reconciliation Assistant Manager and indirectly managing the Reconciliation Specialists.
